3. No Refunds After Document Generation

Once a claim pack has been generated and made available for download, no refunds will be provided.

This policy exists because:

  • The service has been fully delivered — your documents have been generated based on the information you provided
  • The labour and system processing required to create your claim pack has been completed
  • You have received the digital product you purchased
  • The documents are immediately accessible and usable

This is similar to purchasing and downloading any digital product — once delivered, the service is considered complete.

4. User Responsibility to Review Before Generation

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before generating your final claim pack.
